Reservation Policies

2 night minimum stay
Call for one night requests; $40 surcharge for one nighter, available only if we show a one-night gap on the online calendar.
Five days minimum stay for Christmas thru New Years and Merry Monarch Hula Festival Week
Mastercard or Visa required to hold a reservation
50% charge for cancellation less than two weeks before reservation
Full charge for no-shows.
Rates based on up to 2 people per night; $15. surcharge for additional person (where possible)
Check in time 3pm or after; Checkout 11 am
No housekeeping provided, we will make every effort to meet your needs
Simple breakfast materials included in your room, or on the "food porch" for you to make 24/7
