• 50% charge for cancellation less than two weeks before reservation, unless we rebook.
• Full charge for no-shows.
• Rates based on up to 2 people per night; $15 per night surcharge for each additional person in cottages and apartments, $20 per extra in 'Olapa and 'Akala.
• All rates subject to state taxes: 4% general excise, 9.25% transient accommodations tax, 13.25% total.
• Check-in time: 3pm or after
• Check-out time: 10:30am
• Limited housekeeping provided, let us know what you need - extra towels, etc.
• Simple breakfast materials on the "Breakfast Lanai " for you 24/7
