• Call for one night requests; $40 surcharge for one nighter, available only if we show a one-night gap on the online calendar
• Five days minimum stay for Christmas thru New Years and Merry Monarch Hula Festival Week
• Mastercard or Visa required to hold a reservation
• 50% charge for cancellation less than two weeks before reservation
• Full charge for no-shows.
• Rates based on up to 2 people per night; $15 per night surcharge for each additional person
• All rates subject to state taxes: 4% general excise, 8.25% transient accommodations tax, as of July 1, 2009 (Transient accommodations tax goes up to 9.25% July 1, 2010.)
• Check-in time: 3pm or after
• Check-out time: 10:30am
• No housekeeping provided, but we will make every effort to meet your needs
• Simple breakfast materials on the "food porch" for you 24/7
